At 9+ months baby can practice placing the mushroom in the tray. Adults can count 1-6 as baby places each mushroom on the tray.
At 12+ months adults can help baby learn colors by saying the name of the color of the mushroom then pointing to the matching color on the tray for baby to place the mushroom. A great big HURRAY for matching all 6!
At 18+ months adults can point out the faces on each mushroom and make up an emotion to go with the face. Describing the face to baby along with the emotion; surprise, happy, mad, silly, and more!
