JOEL A. SUTHERLAND is the Silver Birch and Hackmatack Award-winning author of numerous Haunted Canada books and the Red Maple Award Honour Book Summer’s End. His middle-grade fiction series, Haunted, has been praised by Goosebumps author R.L. Stine. Sara Harding is an illustrator based in Toronto. They are passionate about creature, character, and environment designs that tell an engaging narrative. Sara’s inspirations can be found from playing video games, D&D, and reading comics!

Maya McKibbin is a two-spirited multidisciplinary artistliving on the unceded traditional territories of the xwməθkwəy̓əm, Sḵwx̱wú7mesh and səlilwətaɬ Nations. Their picture book artincludes The Song That Called Them Down by David A. Robertson and If You Were Here by Kathy Stinson. Maya’s sequential art has been featured in The Silver Coin #5, Salmon Run, Shades of Fear and Haunted Canada Volume 2. Maya was the art director of Inkwo for When the Starving Return, an award-winning animation short directed by Amanda Strong.

Jackie Reynolds is an illustrator and comic artist based in Toronto, whose previous works include two graphic novel series, Marble Hornets, and The Divide & I. Jackie’s work draws from a number of inspirations ranging from found footage horror movies, to their lived experiences being both mixed race and non-binary. They graduated from Sheridan College with a Bachelors of Illustration, and in their spare time, they are an avid mushroom spotter, baker, and punk rock band manager.

Josh Rosen is a cartoonist and illustrator based out of Toronto. A graduate of the Center for Cartoon Studies, his previous graphic novels include Science Comics: Wildfires, The Good Fight (with Ted Staunton) and History Comics: World War II (with Kate Hannigan). He likes watching spooky movies and hopes to one day meet a ghost.
